It was carried back to a nest by a bird as a decoration, feeling a fleeting sense of belonging. Then one day, a strong gust of wind blew it back into the grass.
Only then did it have the chance to pause and reexamine itself. After going through various “transformations,” it realized that whether it was a bridge, a decoration, or a wandering traveler, these experiences never changed its true essence—it was, and always would be, a stone.
