Creative Rights Alliance Webinar: Truth Behind the Tech

AOI members are invited to join an educational webinar designed to demystify generative AI and its copyright implications for creators and performers.

With leading AI technical experts Ben Zhao (University of Chicago) and Mark Milstein (OpenOrigins), this webinar will explore how generative AI systems work under the hood – how they use creative works, where works are stored, and how copyright infringement can take place when training and refining various models.

As AI tools and services become increasingly prevalent, many of our members feel uncertain about what’s happening with their work. This webinar, hosted by the Creators’ Rights Alliance, will give you the technical understanding you need to advocate for your rights and make informed choices about your practice.

Audience: The first part is a closed member-only forum. The panel discussion opens up at 6:45pm to creator and performer members of CRA member organisations.
